Terms and Conditions for the Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded Subscription Service

Welcome to the Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded Subscription Service (the “Service”). By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Subscription Overview

1.1 The Service is a monthly subscription priced at $5.99 per month. 1.2 Subscriptions are renewable on a monthly basis unless canceled by the subscriber. 1.3 All video content for the Service will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and accessible exclusively to active subscribers.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Service is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. 2.2 Subscribers must provide a valid email address to receive access to Microsoft Teams. 2.3 Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

3. Payment and Renewal

3.1 The subscription fee of $5.99 will be charged monthly. 3.2 Payment must be made using a valid payment method provided during registration. 3.3 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused access. 3.4 Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Content Access

4.1 Video content will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and is accessible only to active subscribers. 4.2 Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the video content outside the Service is strictly prohibited. 4.3 Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

5.1 Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Microsoft Teams login credentials. 5.2 Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the subscriber’s failure to secure their account. 5.3 Subscribers must ensure their email address remains active and accessible for Service communication.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to videos, images, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded. 6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded are not responsible for:

• Technical issues preventing access to Microsoft Teams.
• Subscriber’s inability to access content due to outdated or incompatible technology. 7.2 In no event shall Kreative Elegance or Vibrantly Molded be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.

8. Modifications to the Terms

8.1 Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. 8.2 Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.

9. Termination

9.1 Kreative Elegance and Vibrantly Molded reserve the right to terminate a subscriber’s access to the Service for violations of these terms or misuse of the Service. 9.2 Termination does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. 10.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Virginia.
